Partner With Alabama’s School Leaders

School Superintendents of Alabama (SSA) invites businesses interested in developing partnerships with Alabama’s school superintendents to become Business Members at one of four levels: Blue, Gold, Premium, or Diamond.

Membership begins June 1 and ends May 31 each year. Memberships are not prorated, and all renewal payments must be received by May 31 to ensure uninterrupted benefits.

SSA conferences are designed to help businesses build meaningful connections rather than conduct direct product sales. Members are encouraged to engage with superintendents during meals, breaks, and between sessions. While visits to the vendor area cannot be guaranteed, SSA places exhibitors in high-traffic areas and provides opportunities for business partners and attendees to network together.

Entry Level

Blue Level ($3,000+)

Core membership benefits and access to SSA’s member resources.

  • Opportunity to purchase an exhibit table at one conference for $500, subject to space availability
  • Eligibility to send up to two attendees to each of SSA’s three conferences at the conference rate
  • Access to the members-only section of the SSA website, including superintendent listings, legislative updates, bill tracking, attendee lists, online renewal, conference registration, booth selection, job postings, and a business profile page
  • Featured on SSA’s conference app
  • Opportunity to be a spotlight member at SSA functions or district meetings for an additional fee
  • Recognition at the Summer Conference
  • Access to the weekly newsletter and the opportunity to advertise an upcoming event
  • Option to apply for a breakout session with a school system when breakout sessions are included on the agenda
Expanded Access

Gold Level ($8,000)

Includes all Blue Level benefits, plus:

  • One complimentary exhibit table at either the Summer or Fall Conference
  • Opportunity to exhibit at the Legislative Conference for $500
  • One complimentary conference registration to each of SSA’s three conferences; additional attendees pay the conference rate
  • Recognition at the Summer and Fall Conferences
  • Social media recognition before the Summer Conference
  • Priority for conference sponsorships, breakout session opportunities, and booth location when applicable
  • Opportunity to purchase a rotating advertisement displayed during one conference
Premium Visibility

Premium Level ($11,000)

Includes all Blue and Gold Level benefits, plus:

  • Recognition at all SSA conferences
  • Two complimentary conference registrations to each of SSA’s three conferences; additional attendees pay the conference rate
  • Complimentary exhibit tables at two conferences: Summer or Fall, plus Legislative
  • Social media recognition before the Summer and Fall Conferences
  • Choice of spotlight opportunities during SSA functions when sponsorships are selected
  • Choice of a prime booth location at conferences
  • Opportunity to provide a keynote or breakout speaker, subject to SSA approval
  • Opportunity to purchase a rotating advertisement in the SSA conference app for one conference
Premier Partnership

Diamond Level ($25,000)

Includes all Blue, Gold, and Premium Level benefits, plus:

  • Three complimentary conference registrations to each of SSA’s three conferences; additional attendees pay the conference rate
  • Guaranteed conference hotel rooms for three attendees at all three conferences
  • Company logo featured on the SSA homepage with a link to the business website
  • First choice of spotlight opportunities at SSA functions
  • Complimentary exhibit tables at the Summer, Fall, and Legislative Conferences in prime locations
  • Opportunity to sponsor SSA programs
  • Special conference signage recognizing Diamond Partners
  • $3,000 due upon joining; the remaining $22,000 may be divided into agreed-upon installments
